• Maharaja Trails acts as a tour operator and is not liable for delays, injuries, losses, or damages caused by third-party services such as hotels, airlines, or transport providers.
• We are not responsible for events beyond our control, including natural disasters, political unrest, or force majeure situations.

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and personal belongings.

Travelers are expected to behave respectfully towards local cultures, guides, and fellow travelers. We reserve the right to terminate services for misconduct without refund.
